Hi, I’m Olivier! I’m a passionate engineering leader who discovered agility’s values in 2008 as a computer science student. I started as a software engineer in 2010 and stepped into leadership roles in 2016, managing engineers and project managers. From the start, I led my way: people-first, results-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset.

Today, I blend engineering expertise, agile methods, and empathetic leadership to help teams thrive. I also mentor and coach managers, strengthening their skills as we tackle challenges together—so they can face them confidently on their own tomorrow.
